Under mandatory statutes the County Treasurer must advertise all real estate taxes that are delinquent in a local newspaper. A County lien will be placed against the delinquent property for satisfaction and full payment of said taxes on the first Monday in October and the property will be subject to a later sale, designated as a “Resale”.
